1. how can you deliver curry without rice? i get it that the menu says no rice but who would ever think to look at that when every other place in the world, and in thailand, gives you curry with rice. 2. the green curry flavor was decent and i asked for extra spicy and they gave me moderately spicy which is more than i can say for most places. 3. the curry contained two ridiculously large pieces of eggplant, one of which was severely under cooked. basically they should have just given up on the eggplant all together. probably won't be ordering from here again.

The order I got blew. It was terrible, grainy and soggy. They closed the financial district location where I used to order and then filled the order from 34th street. It took over an hour and twenty minutes and was lousy when it arrived. They shouldn't accept orders from FiDi. It wasn't just timing however, the food was actually poorly prepared as well. Never again will I order from Lemongrass at any location.

The food had no taste at all. It is also expensive for thai food and doesn't come with rice which is bizarre. I was in a party of 4 and nobody enjoyed their food very much. It's not the worst, but it's just not authentic thai food. No flavor, spice, or anything. There are much better options out there.

it gets a one star rating for their terrible take out service. I ordered a curry which they sent without rice, when I called to say they forgot it, the man that answered immediately said no without even hearing my order or my address of the order that was sent out. Then he said they dont give rice with curry, which is not true because I used to order there all the time. Not a good thing to do in a neighborhood with so many other great thai restaurants such as Jaiya or ThaiNY where I will be going from now on,

OK, it's official, this place has gone downhill. I used to come here or order from them once or twice a week. Now, the food is so wildly inconsistent, it's getting hard to justify the money or recommendation. Too bad.. I just got really dry, flavorless Mao noodles (though the beef in them was decent) and a very unappetizing chicken country curry. They appear to be using frozen, not fresh vegetables and it shows. Same goes for the duck salad, which uses canned pineapple and unappetizing giant guts of onion (instead of thin slicing it). The highlight, sadly, was the jasmine rice. Goodbye, old friend. It's been real.

Decent food, but the quality has been going downhill and the prices have been increasing steadily. The noodles are occasionally so salty, they're inedible. The stirfry dishes are increasingly flavorless and extremely watery. The salads are good. In the last 2 years, prices have gone up by 65-80% for all appetizers and 35% for main dishes and rice is no longer included. I used to order here 3 times per week. Now I order once a month. It just got too expensive. There's a lot of competition. Hey Lemongrass, how about some lunch/dinner specials??

When it's good, it's very delicious. But the food is very inconsistent. I used to order from them 2 or more times a week, and it ranges from no taste at all (did they forget the salt?) to brown-colored (poured too much soy sauce)? Since it's so hit-or-miss, and the price keeps on going up, I've stopped ordering from them unless I'm willing to take the chance.

Horrible, horrible service. First of all they didn't follow the clearly written instructions on my order and got me the wrong food. Then they said we'll replace it. And so I threw the wrong order away. When he brings the right order, the guy asks me to return the original box before delivering the right order. And since I could not return the box, he took away the right order. That much for trust!! And I had the pad thai once before - it didn't taste good either.
